How the Capital Is Structured
We support the Murkez operating teams we bring in, covering payroll and delivery costs, while taking equity participation and, where appropriate, structuring convertible debt. Working capital is contributed through structured participation where required.
This keeps incentives aligned, shares risk, and ties our outcomes to the founder's success.
If the build does not move forward, TexInvestCo absorbs the cost of the teams deployed during the agreed build phase. If it succeeds, we share in the upside together.
